Land N' House has a tightly managed and highly motivated selling network. We have over 70 selling divisions, each having its territorial and project focus. Our sales force number well over 3,000, of which 60% are active at any given time. This gives us the flexibiity to move across a broad spectrum of investors and endusers, and handle a wide-ranging list of projects all at the same time.
Sales and after-sales support consists or reservation desks and documentation specialists plus a team of sales and developer coordinators.
Land N' House was organized by Ms. Elizabeth G. Peralta, company Chairman and President, in 1994. With numerous awards and commendations for exemplary performance, we are now a leading real estate brokerage firm in the Philippines. We aim to excel and adhere to ethical standards in our service and the way we conduct our business.
Our main office is in Guadalupe Commercial Complex in EDSA, Makati City, Philippines and we have over 10 branch and site offices in Laguna, Cavite, and Bulacan.
Ms. Peralta is a Certified Public Accountant by profession. Prior to Land N' House, she was based in Hong Kong where she managed the Asia Pacific investments of the family that owns the National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia. While with The SGV Group, she provided project consulting for companies in various industries including real estate, manufacturing, and services. Ms. Peralta is a graduate of the Asian Institute of Management.
